Motorola Droid upgrade to 2.1 delayed
March 19th, 2010 Droid Unfortunately the highly anticipated upgrade of Motorola Droid to Android 2.1 has been delayed. No further details are available at this stage. Hopefully this delay is caused by some small bugs and the upgrade will be deployed in the near future. I will keep you posted.

March 18th, 2010 Droid MobileChurch reports that according to the leaked memo, Motorola Droid will be upgraded to the Android 2.1 on Thursday 18th of March (US time). The upgrades will be rolled out gradually, so it might take few days before everyone gets the new version. But the wait is definately worth it:).
