HTC Desire Full HD video

A new video of HTC Desire smartphone has been posted on YouTube. And it is quite hard not to desire a smartphone with 1Ghz processor, 567Mb of RAM, Android 2.1 and other features.

HTC Legend

When you first look at the HTC Legend, it’s easy enough to understand that the smartphone is continuing the tradition of HTC Hero. There are some improvements and differences, but device’s body is really the main change. The brand bend at the bottom of the device is still there, but the material has been changed, [...]

HTC Desire

HTC Desire, formerly known as HTC Bravo is a  new flagship smartphone from HTC. It was recently announced at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. This device will succeed Nexus One at the top of HTC’s line of Android devices. This is a rather good news for Australian buyers, as Desire is more likely to [...]

Samsung i8520 – New Android Smartphone

Samsung unveiled their new Android (version 2.1) smartphone at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona, Spain. The phone’s index is i8520, but it is also known as Beam or Halo (name used during the design stage). Looking at the specifications, you might think that Samsung decided not to think much and just include all [...]

Nexus One – Design, Size and Controls

Nexus One does not offer any outstanding design features. Its design is quite typical for HTC, and is somehow similar to many recent touchphones. Unfortunately, all of these options involve some sort of hacking and cracking. There is nothing stopping [...]

Google decided to warm up public’s interest in its Nexus One phone. They did it in a rather interesting way – by showing a story of its creation. A series of five videos will be made available on the Nexus One channel on YouTube. These videos will demonstrate the process of creation, design, architecture, component [...]

Earlier today I have installed Android 2.1 Update 1 to my Nexus One. The update bring the long awaited multi-touch, pitch-to-zoom functionality. It works very nicely in Google Maps, browser and photo gallery. The update also includes Google Goggles application, an update to Google Maps Navigation, including a driver friendly night mode, and some updates [...]

Nexus One Desktop Dock

Engadget reports that the rumored desktop dock for Nexus One is now available for $US45. Similar to Motorola Droid, dropping the phone into the dock triggers the Clock application to fire up to give you access to alarms, music, and weather , but the special sauce lies out back where you’ll find a 3.5mm jack [...]

Nexus One Positioning

I think that it would be appropriate to remind that the phone is made by HTC, and that the only thing it’s got from Google is the name, a cardboard box (which is still made in HTC’s style, and coloured by Google), and a logo on the battery cover.
