I cannot say that we waited a whole year for this, but the release of an official Twitter client for Android was quite a big milestone, which was noticed by the community. Let’s see what Twitter can and cannot do, how it differs from other applications, and whether it is worth installing, and more importantly keeping on your phone.
Shake 2 Mute Call
This simple tool will be very useful if you can’t or don’t want to pick up the phone when it rings. In the settings you will be able to enable the application and adjust the sensitivity of the accelerometer. Be very careful with the sensitivity, as if you set it too high, the phone will start rejecting calls even from its own vibration. If you configured everything correctly then when an incoming call comes all you will need to do is to shake the device (or tap on it) and the call will first be muted and then completely rejected.
Bar Control for Android
This small application allows you to put shortcuts to absolutely any program installed on your phone into the notification area for subsequent use.

I have previously reviewed some of these applications in the Quick Notes post . Today I want to have a look at the Notification Notes – one of many programs for note taking. The main point of difference of this applications is its ability to show active notes as icons in the system bar. User gets an option to select an icon when new note is created.
