Earlier this week Sony Ericsson announced the new Xperia arc smartphone will be available via the Optus and Vodafone networks in early April. The smartphone was first announced at the CES 2011. It is equipped with a 4.2-inch touch screen display with support of BRAVIA® engine, 8.1 megapixel camera with Exmor R™ sensor. Xperia arc supports HD video recording, is only 8.7mm thin and runs on Android 2.3 Gingerbread.
